    Padre - Why is it that so many of our Eastern brethren have beards, even to this day, but we in the Latin West (like your pic of ML) like it clean? Can you imagine BXVI with a mop head hanging from his chin? Although, I did notice the Archbishop of Canterbury the other day at BXVI inauguration exchanging pleasantries and he was sporting a beard.
